The most popular wedding package I offer is the following:

  • Up to 8 hours photography on location
  • An archival CD/DVD with all high resolution files (digital negatives)
  • The right to make reprints and use images for personal use
  • All 4x6 prints in a linen album
  • An online gallery for 3 months

    All materials are acid free and color corrected.

    1. This constitutes an order for event photography. Custom albums, art boxes and prints can be ordered separately.

    Reprint prices are valid for one year after the event. This includes an online gallery for 90 days with the option to extend.

    2. Although all possible care will be taken with photo/files Lisa Vollmer limits liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver photographs due to uncontrollable circumstances. In such case, all deposits made will be refunded.

    3. The studio reserves the right to use prints for display, publication, or other purposes.

    Lisa Vollmer retains the copyright of all images.

    4. Lisa Vollmer reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will make no other reservations for that time, when deposit and contract is signed and received.

    For this reason all deposits are non-refundable, even if date is changed or wedding is canceled. In the event of a late cancellation, 7 days, the full amount is due.

    5. A $ 1000 is required upon signing this contract. The balance of $ 3000 is to be paid on the wedding date or must be received prior to the event.

    All terms of this contract are understood and agreed upon.

    What style photography do you specialize in?
    Although my approach would be considered documentary when I am hired to photograph a wedding - I would say my work is editorial. I photograph a mix of candid moments as well as all the details of your event such as the flowers, table settings, food etc.

    Do you offer customizable packages?
    Yes, please contact me to discuss the details of your wedding.

    Do you travel?
    Yes, I will travel to photograph your wedding. I have traveled as far as South America and California... and I have loved every minute of it! If you have a destination wedding planned please contact me for a quote.

    what is the turnaround time for receiving the linen album with all the 4x6 prints
    You will receive the linen album with all the 4x6 prints within 3 weeks. The online gallery will be up within that time as well.

    are digital files and prints watermarked?
    The digital negatives are high resolution files, color corrected and ready to be used for your personal use - without watermarks. The prints are archival without watermarks. You can use these anyway you wish.

    There is a lot to say about "gear". I admit, Canon does get me excited. I do enjoy a new gadget or two but ultimately it comes down to my creative vision and experience that sets me apart from other photographers. So without further ado here is the bag of tricks list:
